1. About MyStreetMenu

MyStreetMenu is a digital restaurant and food-business management platform designed to help restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, food outlets, and other eligible businesses manage their digital menu and related operations.

Depending on your subscription plan, MyStreetMenu may provide features such as:

• Digital menu management
• QR-based menu access
• Menu item management
• Restaurant order management
• Live order tracking
• Customer-facing digital menus
• Promotions and offers
• Business and menu tools
• Subscription-based software features
• Other features introduced or improved from time to time

The features available to you depend on your selected subscription plan.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You are legally permitted to use the Service.
• Information provided to MyStreetMenu is accurate and current.
• You have authority to represent the business associated with your account.
• Your account credentials are kept secure.
• Your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

If you create an account on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that business’s behalf.

3. Account Registration and Security

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Using a secure password.
• Keeping your account information up to date.
• Not sharing your account in a way that compromises security.
• Notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security issue attributable to MyStreetMenu.

4. Subscriptions and Plans

MyStreetMenu may provide free trials, free features, paid subscriptions, or other pricing options.

Subscription plans, pricing, billing frequency, included features, and usage limits are displayed on the applicable pricing or billing page.

You agree to pay the applicable subscription fee for the plan you select.

Paid subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the available plan.

5. Payments

Payments for MyStreetMenu subscriptions may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.

We do not directly store your complete card, UPI, banking, or other payment-instrument credentials on our servers.

Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider’s systems, terms, and policies.

Your subscription may not become active until the payment provider confirms successful payment and MyStreetMenu receives the relevant payment/subscription confirmation.

6. Automatic Renewal

Where automatic renewal is enabled, your subscription may renew at the applicable billing interval unless cancelled before the next renewal.

The applicable subscription amount will be charged using the payment method or recurring payment authorization available through the payment provider.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation functionality available in your MyStreetMenu account.

Cancellation generally stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, cancellation does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for the unused portion of an already-paid billing period.

8. Trials

Where a free or promotional trial is offered, the applicable trial duration and conditions will be displayed when the trial is offered.

We may limit eligibility for promotional trials where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or repeated use of promotional benefits.

If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the applicable billing terms will be displayed before or during subscription activation.

9. Acceptable Use

You must use MyStreetMenu lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful activities.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to MyStreetMenu systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits or technical restrictions.
• Use the Service to distribute fraudulent or misleading information.
• Upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights.
• Abuse APIs, servers, storage, or other infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

10. Your Content

You retain responsibility for content you upload to MyStreetMenu, including menu names, food descriptions, prices, images, logos, promotional content, business information, and other content submitted by you.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use content you upload.

You grant MyStreetMenu the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise provide that content as part of the Service.

11. Customer and Order Information

If you use MyStreetMenu features involving customer orders or customer information, you are responsible for using that information appropriately and complying with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

You must not use customer information for purposes that are unlawful or unauthorized.

12. Intellectual Property

MyStreetMenu and its underlying software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation, and technology are owned by or licensed to MyStreetMenu and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

Your subscription gives you a limited right to access and use the Service. It does not transfer ownership of MyStreetMenu’s intellectual property to you.

13. Third-Party Services

MyStreetMenu may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics services, cloud-storage providers, and communication services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

MyStreetMenu is not responsible for independent third-party systems or services outside our reasonable control.

14. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and continuously available Service. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Security updates
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party service outages
• Network problems
• Force majeure events
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

15. Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve, add, or remove features from MyStreetMenu.

Where a material change significantly affects paid functionality, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the change where appropriate.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if:

• You materially violate these Terms.
• Your account is involved in fraud or abuse.
• Your use creates a security risk.
• Required by law.
• Payment obligations remain unresolved.
• Continued access could harm MyStreetMenu or other users.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

17. Disclaimers

MyStreetMenu is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be uninterrupted.
• Every feature will always be available.
• The Service will be completely free from errors.
• Third-party services will always remain available.

You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and records of important business information.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyStreetMenu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyStreetMenu and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your content.
• Your violation of another person’s rights.
• Your misuse of customer information.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of MyStreetMenu after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
